Lily Allen Second Miscarriage: Lily Allen Lost Baby at 6 Months

Lily Allen, who was expecting with builder boyfriend Sam Cooper, has suffered a miscarriage after nearly six months of pregnancy!

According to reports, Lily Allen was rushed to hospital after complaining of stomach pains on Thursday morning. The 25-year-old singer eventually lost her baby after efforts to save the unborn child tragically failed.

A rep for Lily Allen confirmed the news today, “It is with great sadness that we have to confirm that Lily Allen and Sam Cooper have lost their baby. The couple ask that their privacy be respected and that they be left alone at this deeply distressing time. No further comment will be made.”

This is the second miscarriage in two years for the heartbroken singer. She previously suffered a miscarriage back in January of 2008 during a relationship with Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons.

Lily Allen, the 25-year-old singer who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Sam Cooper, debuted her growing baby bump at the UK premiere of Tamara Drewe in London Monday (September 6).

Pregnant Lily Allen attended the London premiere to support her mother Alison Owen, who produced the film. "It's ELLE magazine's 25th birthday issue this month. There's a party to celebrate but I can't go. Sorry ELLE :(. It's the premiere for my mum's film Tamara Drewe, so I'm going there instead, " she tweeted before the premier.

Lily announced she was expecting her first child last month after suffering a miscarriage in January 2008. She is due to give birth early next year.

Lily Allen, the 25-year-old pop singer has announced the happy news to The Sun that she and her boyfriend Sam Cooper, the 32-year-old business owner who she’s been dating for about a year, are officially expecting their first child together.

“It brings me great pleasure to tell you that Sam and I are expecting our first child. It goes without saying we’re absolutely delighted.”

This isn't Allen's first pregnancy. In January 2008, the Smile singer suffered a miscarriage with then-boyfriend Ed Simons of the band Chemical Brothers.

Lily Allen has released the music video of F@#k you, her new single from the upcoming album It's Not Me, It's You.

"This song is not a direct attack at anyone, it was originally written about the BNP [British Political Party] in the UK but then I felt this issue has become relevant pretty much everywhere, we are the youth, we can make coolness for our future, its up to us. Go green and hate hate.” Allen claimed.

Lily Allen, the 23-year-old singer has reportedly split from her new older boyfriend Jay Jopling, the 45-year-old art dealer after weeks' dating.

Lily Allen and Jopling have known each other for years through the Smile singer's comedian dad Keith Allen but began dating just before Christmas after they were photographed hugging and kissing during the holiday trip in St Barts. The pair even sparked engagement rumour after Lily was spotted wearing an engagement ring only a week ago. But now the less-than-one-month 'holiday romance' was all over.

It's all over – it was basically just a holiday romance. Lily is going away for a year on tour, so it's unlikely she will have much time for a relationship...... They have had a lot of fun together, but Lily has said it's finished...... She is very well and busy promoting her new record.
