Dogs take over the City Park at the 4th annual Pooch Plunge
held in Fort Collins, Colorado on August 19-20th, 2007. The pool is open for the summer season and then closes for the rest of the season. Before the pool is drained, the humankind's best friends was brought to enjoy the water splashing.
