News 3 has confirmed that Darren Tuck, the man who turned the child sex abuse videotape over to police, is missing and the parole board is looking for him.
Darren Tuck, a 26-year-old Pahrump man, surrendered the infamous videotape showing two young girls being sexually abused to Nye County sheriff’s investigators Sept. 8. He was arrested on charges of promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography, both felonies, and released without bail pending an appearance Nov. 26 in Pahrump Justice Court. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison.
Update: Darren Tuck had again surrendered to the police on a probation violation. He been on probation for desertion and failure to pay child support, but his probation was revoked. He was to be formally charged today with possession of child pornography and possibly promoting child pornography. Link
