It seems so, as revealed by new pictures catching on Amy Winehouse
, despite what appeared to be a refreshing escape to St Lucia with junkie husband Blake Fielder-Civil in August.
The troubled singer looked barely recognisable as she peered out of her window to collect a postal delivery just after midday on Saturday.
Her trademark beehive had slipped, leaving tumbling matted tresses in its place and there were lashings of black make-up smeared across her puffy eyes.
And last week she was seen jumping out of a taxi in Chelsea shielding a nasty cut on her right hand. Hmmm......I can't say anything about her.
